The first time you use the printing system, you will need to register with your UChicago ID. After this initial registration has been completed, you will only have to tap your UChicago ID to login in to the managed print device.

To complete this one-time registration, go to a managed print device with a card reader and tap your UChicago ID card.

1. Select the Username and password login method.
    
   
   
2. A new screen will appear, select the Username field. 
   
   
   
3. Enter your CNetID in the Username field using the keypad and press OK.
   
   
   
4. It will return to the previous screen. Now select the Password field.
   
   
   
5. Enter your CNetID Password and press OK.
   
   
   
6. It will return to the previous screen. Select the Log in button.
   
   
   
7. On the Home screen, if you entered your credentials correctly it should show your name in the top right corner. If it doesn't, you will need to enter your information again. Choose the function that you want to use. To log out of the managed print device, just touch the logout icon.
   

Each time you need to use the managed print device just tap your UChicago ID on the card reader to get to the home screen to perform your task. If you don't have your ID, you can log in by typing in your CNetID username and password.
